National Civilian Oversight Academy

Justitia Lux Populi

A practitioner-built training institution for the civilian oversight field, designed for university partnership. Hundreds of jurisdictions now have oversight bodies, yet no national academy trains the people who staff them. NCOA offers cohort-based programs built around a clear credential ladder.

Help a Neighbor Directory

Neighbor is not a category. Neighbor is a verb.

A hyperlocal directory where neighbors request and offer help with errands, small tasks, and care work. Exchanges can be paid, discounted, traded as favors, or made with Hand Credits. HAND is bilingual (MANITO in Spanish) and is the subject of Brown Paper #001, Neighbors at Hand / Vecinos a la mano.
